Drawing inspiration from its unique vantage point on the Brooklyn Bridge Park waterfront, Estuary at ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina offers a relaxed vibe with simple dishes that are expertly prepared from land, air and sea.

 

Chef serves globally inspired dishes with a marina flair, featuring fresh seafood, meat and vegetables with a focus on simplicity, accessibility and quality. The menu highlights various seafood items, sandwiches and burgers, and seasonal salads. 

 

A 28-seat U-shaped, wraparound cocktail bar serves aperitivos, local craft beer on tap, and classic cocktails showcasing Brooklyn craft distilleries and breweries. To finish off, enjoy dessert from our passionate pastry team that also showcases beautiful goods at Ebb & Flow Bakery. 

For park goers wanting to enjoy the outdoors, al fresco drinking and dining is available on Estuary’s private terrace, with stunning panoramic views of the lower Manhattan skyline and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The establishment is located across from Pier 5 at the ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina, Brooklyn’s gateway to New York Harbor, adjacent to Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Executive Chef Dennis Hatzinger has worked his way up through the Hospitality Industry. Starting in his teenage years in a local neighborhood restaurant working in every position front and back of the house. Throughout college, varied career paths presented themselves but restaurants and bars won out. Having been taught a solid base set of culinary skills, in addition to a well-rounded set of customer service skills, Chef Dennis completed a European style apprenticeship in Vail, Colorado.

After returning to New York, the chef’s skills were further honed by an eclectic list of restaurants and kitchens. Working at every level of food service from Haute cuisine to dive bars, some at the same time, he has a developed a unique set of skills to design menus that cater to all appetites. Always looking for a challenge, chef would look for almost impossible projects. Catering remote events, tiny electric kitchens, and opening new restaurants.

Chef Hatzinger has a commitment to maintaining a sustainable locally sourced menu and limiting pollution to a bare minimum, having witnessed firsthand the effects pollution has on our environment and the potential of changing the state our environment is in today.
